This is an invitation to participate in the Swedish part of the Wiki Loves Monuments competition. You are getting it since you participated in 2013. The message below is in Swedish, should this be an issue you can get more information in English here or drop a message on my talk page.
Hej Macuser,

Reminder: Round 2 of Picture of the Year 2016 is open![edit]
You are receiving this message because you voted in R1 of the 2016 Picture of the Year contest.
Dear Macuser,
Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2016 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eleventh edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2016) to produce a single Picture of the Year.
Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.
There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1475 candidate images. There are 58 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top #1 and #2 from each sub-category.
In the final round, you may vote for just one or maximal three image to become the Picture of the Year.
Round 2 will end on 20 April 2017, 23:59:59 UTC.
Thanks,
--Wikimedia Commons Picture of the Year committee 08:42, 16 April 2017 (UTC)
-- Ludvig14 (talk) 18:38, 19 March 2019 (UTC)
0. Macuser (talk) 12:58, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
-- Ludvig14 (talk) 15:08, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
Igijos sten[edit]
Dear Macuser, Igijos sten is not located in Copenhagen in the National Museum of Denmark, it is located in Jægerspris. Your category is therefore not appropriate. Will you please find a suitable category?
I am quite aware that it is now on top of sudo-roman-restored passage grave, but I belive it is still technically belongs or belonged to National museum, which is enough to be categorized there. In any way, it is not a "Danish" runeinscription, and it should definetely be categorized as Norwegian one, but also the position should be categorized as in Danmark, in a right county, region and municipality. Macuser (talk) 19:37, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you for your explanation. I know very well where the stone was found and where it is situated now. When the stone arrived in Denmark, there wasn't any Nationalmuseet, so I still believe that it should not be categorized as in the National Museum of Denmark. Furthermore I have now noticed that you have removed Julianehøj from the category Mindelunden ved Jægerspris Slot. May I ask you why? Yours sincerely, Orphée (talk) 20:58, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- I do not object removing N KJ81 from NM, I object keeping it within Danish runestones. I guess the recent language clean-up made the meaning more grammatically correct, but a bit obscure: SteinsplitterBot moved page Category:Runestones of Denmark to Category:Runestones in Denmark. Macuser (talk) 21:56, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- Julianehøj is marked on the map, I believe any modern map, google street view offers a clear sight of the monument. Mindelunden is not same clear mark on all maps, but the street view [1] and OpenStreetMap point me in totally different place than Julianehøj. So I put Julianehøj 1 level up from Mindelunden, which is consistent with the categorization of other images of Julianehøj that already were there. Macuser (talk) 21:56, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
