This category is for pages that are highlighted most prominently to the general Wikipedia community, as useful resources where users can get help, or get general information, reference data, updates, news, technical details, etc, in regards to general information on using or editing Wikipedia.
It is also for the interactive pages, forums, meeting sites, etc that are most often promoted as places for users to meet and to have interactive discussions, or get questions answered, etc.
So therefore, the contents of this category will be kept relatively few in quantity, compared to other maintenance categories. It is for the more prominent pages where users can meet, ask questions, get help, or get reference info. So therefore, any technical sub-pages for such meeting places would not be placed in this category.
